Seafood

Our fishmonger, Cove Seafood of Poole in Dorset, uses only sustainable stocks of seafood.  The tuna and swordfish we serve is line-caught in Sri Lanka and we offer only Yellow Fin tuna.

British Suppliers

By sourcing much of our meat produce in the UK, we can maintain strong quality control and keep food miles to a minimum.  We ensure your food doesn’t travel too far to get to your plate!

Fair Trade

We’re passionate about Fair Trade, ensuring all our tea and coffee comes from Fair Trade farms.  This means the workers receive better pay, working conditions and fair terms.  The farms are paid sustainable prices and we also work with specific farms and estates where our coffee is grown.  For more information on Fair Trade programmes, visit www.fairtrade.org.
